PREAMBLE: Contractual Relationship
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access or use, from within Lebanon and the GCC and its territories of the application, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services," made available by FLEUREALLE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY, AS THEY CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLEUREALLE. In these Terms, the words "including" and "include" mean "including, but not limited to."
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you. FLEUREALLE may immediately terminate these Terms or any Services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason.
1. Our Services:
At FLEUREALLE, our mission is to allow you to purchase flowers, cakes, chocolates, balloons and many other products for your special occasions. We try to ensure that what we show you is relevant to your previous researches, and that all our products are within your location.
The Services comprise website and mobile applications, which enable users to purchase with us under agreement with FLEUREALLE. To that, users can as well purchase products online.
2. License to use Fleurealle website and application:
FLEUREALLE can be used only in compliance with those Terms. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FLEUREALLE website and application grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to: (i) access and use the Applications on your personal device solely in connection with your use of the Services; and (ii) access and use any content, information and related materials that may be made available through the Services, in each case solely for your personal, noncommercial use. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by FLEUREALLE and FLEUREALLE’s licensors.
When you create a FLEUREALLE account, you need to make sure that you fill out all information with accuracy. Anyone could use Fleurealle unless they are under 15 of age. Fleurealle website and application can be downloaded on any electronically device including computer, tablet, and phones. You agree that we may automatically update the software.
Restrictions to use License.
You may not: (i) remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices from any portion of the Services; (ii) reproduce, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, lease, sell, resell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast or otherwise exploit the Services except as expressly permitted by Fleurealle; (iii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the Services except as may be permitted by applicable law; (iv) link to, mirror or frame any portion of the Services; (v) cause or launch any programs or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Services or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the Services; or (vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to or impair any aspect of the Services or its related systems or networks or the application.
3. The Content:
The Services and all rights therein are and shall remain Fleurealle’s property or the property of Fleurealle’s licensors. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services convey or grant to you any rights: (i) in or related to the Services except for the limited license granted above; or (ii) to use or reference in any manner Fleurealle’s company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks or services marks or those of Fleurealle’s licensors.
The content on Fleurealle website and application acts as the portfolio of its products. FLEUREALLE allows posting content including photos, videos, and tutorials. The platform does not allow any sort of comments or likes on any picture.
Other than serving as their portfolio, Fleurealle uploads latest products as well as tutorials to add additional inspiration.
3.1 – Saving and sharing posts
The content available to you can be saved to your profile for future use. To that, you may as well share the posts via different platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
3.2 – Content selection
The posts will be chosen according to previous research that you have made on the application.
4. E-Commerce
4.1 – Third party interference
We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without any prior notice.
4.2 – Content provision
Content provided on this site is solely for informational purposes. Product representations expressed on this Site are those of the vendor and are not made by us. Submissions or opinions expressed on this Site are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.
4.3 – Promotional e-mails
During the registration process, you agree to receive promotional emails from the application. You can subsequently opt out of receiving such promotional e-mails by clicking on the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
4.4 – In-application information
FLEUREALLE strives to accurately and completely describe its partners products and provide updated information on the Site; however, Fleurealle does not warrant that product descriptions and information on the Site are complete or free from error. This Site may contain general information relating to various conditions and their treatments. Further, you acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you and other users as part of the User Content defined on the website/app do not necessarily reflect the views of Fleurealle, and we do not support or endorse any User Content or any other content posted by you or any other user.
4.5 – Refusing or cancelling an order
Kindly note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price, description or features of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
4.6 – Delivery charges
We accept all types of credit cards, visa and master card. Cash on delivery in only accepted on orders below 1,000 AED and COD fee of 10 AED applies for all COD payment method.
5. Allergies
Flowers and food can provoke allergy’s reaction in some people. Please make sure of your chosen product, NOR FLEUREALLE, NOR THE BRANDS WILL BE PENALIZED FOR THAT.
6. Prices and payment methods
You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services you receive ("Charges"). FLEUREALLE will receive and/or enable your payment of the applicable Charges for services obtained through your use of the Services.
6.1– Payment methods
You are faced with two payment methods: online payment, and the option of cash on delivery for e-commerce.
7. General
You may not assign these Terms without Fleurealle's prior written approval. Fleurealle website and application may assign these Terms without your consent to: (i) a subsidiary or affiliate; (ii) an acquirer of Fleurealle's equity, business or assets; or (iii) a successor by merger. Any purported assignment in violation of this section shall be void. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you, FLEUREALLE or any Third-Party Provider as a result of this Agreement or use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. FLEUREALLE application failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Fleurealle in writing.

4. E-Commerce

Further, you acknowledge and agree that the views expressed by you and other users as part of the User Content defined on the website/app do not necessarily reflect the views of Fleurealle, and we do not support or endorse any User Content or any other content posted by you or any other user.
4.5 – Refusing or cancelling an order
Kindly note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
