Where does Fleurealle deliver to?
You can have your products delivered now anywhere in Lebanon and UAE.
Are there any extra charges?
Any orders will have a delivery charge.
You have the option of COD (Cash on Delivery), however that will lead to an extra charge of 10 AED. Please note that we do not accept COD for orders above 1000 AED.
How long does it take to get my order?
You will have the option of same day delivery or next day delivery.
What might affect the delivery period?
In order to satisfy you and to get stay within our delivery period, we kindly ask you to make sure that the shipping address is accurately mentioned. Any misinformation might result in a delay in the delivery.
How can I change my address?
In your account, in “address book” you can either modify, delete or add up to 2 addresses to your shipping addresses. Please note that changing the address once you have placed the order might delay the delivery time.
How can I track my order?
Once an order has been made, we will be sending you an email that allows you to track your order.
